- The range of job profiles have been developed to reflect current
training and working roles
- Retail and customer care skills have been highlighted
- The profiles consider not just the technical skills but additional
skills such as good management to ensure the sustainability of the
industry eg. project management, supervisory management, etc
- Health and safety underpins all of the profiles with varying levels of
responsibility
- The job profiles demonstrate career and skills progression
opportunities, including moving into training and education.
