Please consider the following information when reviewing the agricultural crops job profiles:

Job profiles are wide-ranging to reflect the differing working roles of people in agriculture e.g. the role of a small-farm manager may encompass all the tasks applicable to the role of farm secretary, grain-store operator and sprayer operator

Job profiles have been compiled to reflect training and progression routes

Business skills and customer care are included to reflect that most farmers are self-employed

Legal and ethical frameworks have been highlighted across the sector

Responsibilities relating to social, economic and environmental themes, health and safety, and Codes of Good Agricultural Practice underpin all profiles with varying levels of magnitude.
